Aquabathrooms entire team was Brilliant. Mark and Leigh were excellent in their communication and pricing. Leigh was outstanding in resolving any querries in timely manner. Unfortunately I picked up wrong size shower tray in error due to which work got delayed for six weeks. Mark and Leigh were extremely understanding and went out of their way to accommodate us when we got the correct shower tray. All fitters were outstanding especially Eddie was exceptional in his speed,competence and professionalism. He made key suggestions during course of his work which really improved the overall look of our new bathroom. He was easily approachable and receptive to any ideas we discussed. He left place crystal clean at the end. I couldn’t recommend Aquabathrooms highly enough. I will definitely choose them again without any hesitation and would recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work at a reasonable price.

I cannot praise Aquabathrooms highly enough. From the initial consultation with Mark, support when needed from Leigh the Office Manager through to the installation itself, everything was first class. Any issues that arose during the installation were quickly identified and dealt with professionally and skilfully by our two fitters Ed and Rich. They are a great team and obviously take pride in their work. A big shout out also to Pritesh the electrician, Josh the plasterer and the carpenter Gary. Thanks to Aquabathrooms we now have a stunning new bathroom which we are over the moon with.

"Pleased with new bathroom"

We are very pleased with most of the work done in our bathroom. The fitter was pleasant, easy to have in the house and cleared up each day. The only problem we had was the refitting of the door to the bathroom after it was moved. In fairness the fitter had a lot of work to do in the allocated time, but it might have been better to say there were problems with the door at the time, rather than us having to sort it afterwards. The rest of the bathroom fitting was excellent.

"After purchasing a bathroom through…"

After purchasing a bathroom through Total Bathrooms in Bath, it was recommended that we get in touch with Aqua Bathrooms to arrange install. Initial visits by Mark where done on time and after a few days we received an email quote with pricing being similar to other quotes we had received. No complaints here. We are extremely happy with how the entire process went ahead as the two installers Duncan and Dave worked methodically for 2 weeks to get the bathroom installed. They kept us informed every step and made sure they were fitting everything exactly the way we wanted it, or in some cases provided really good advice when we weren’t sure. The rest of the house was kept really clean with protective covers put on the stair case and all other work being done outside. The finish and attention to detail throughout the bathroom is amazing and the guys were extremely reliable showing up every morning to start work at 8:30am. As myself and my wife were around for a few of the days during the install they were happy to work around us and didn’t disturb our day what so ever, it was also good craic having them at the house. Really happy with the end result. 10/10
