Easy to use, best price I found online for celotex insulation with free delivery all in. Great as they gave me my preferred delivery day. Driver was ace and called me 30 mins beforehand. Left perfectly on path. Super happy!

We ordered insulation 22 April money left my account 24 April. They contacted me to say. Not in stock. 27 April. Told if we needed to order alternative the order had to bb cancelled and because the process for refund had started. Spoke with them today. Told me to wait until the 18tn. Not sure if thza will happen as they say it could take up to 14 days. The 18tn brings it to 21.

Ordered a product from this company's website . The company took payment immediately online.
after the deadline for delivery had passed and i had not heard anything at all from the company i made contact with them only to be told that the product i ordered ( that the website showed as in stock) was not actually in stock . Not even any attempt to contact me from their end to tell me that the product was not actually in stock
I asked for a refund and 12 days later , they still have not the grace nor the guilt to bother refunding me . Yet i had to pay them immediately to order what they don't have in stock.
And surprise surprise.... if you go on their website they still show the product as being available . Total disrespect for customers
