I had ordered used ex army boots, on my 1st proper walk in them spotted an issue. Go army’s customer service was extremely good, 1st set of boots returned new set issued. Promptly and with out any fuss, superbly done by them.

Took payment for boots that weren't in stock. paid extra for next day delivery, heard nothing then suddenly got a refund. If I'd received a better apology other than a half hearted sorry I wouldn't be writing this review, but after contacting them they said it will take up to 7 days to get my money back. There is no way I would attempt to order from them again as I'm not convinced it wouldn't happen again.
