As they say, for better or worse.....Abbey Financial Services are certainly always there for you. Especially in difficult times, like the current financial crisis, it pays to have the right advise on your investment. I found Abbey Financial Services trustworthy, efficient and reliable. The company employs a friendly team of professionals who know the market and the needs of their clients. As a pensioner I have to choose low risk investments. I therefore haven't made a fortune from my portfolio but I certainly kept the value of the initial capital in addition with some nice returns in the past.

I have been a client of AFS for almost 2 years and have found them to be professional, courteous, and actually interested in providing you with the best advice they can, unlike some other financial companies I have dealt with in the past who just take your money, stick you into a large pot and that's the last you hear of them. I speak with them every 3 months regarding my policies, and they also took over existing policies I had from aforementioned disinterested advisors and within 3 months they had increased the value of my existing portfolio. I receive a comprehensive service where my investment goals are adhered to and all products are fully detailed so I can make comfortable and confident decisions as to where my money goes and the level of risk I am taking. The regular reviews are undertaken without prompting from me and any questions answered immediately by phone or soon after by e-mail. Working with Abbey has been mostly a good experience. Abbey personnel take the time to answer any questions honestly and fully. All the staff that I have dealt with are very professional and easy to communicate with. I am a difficult person to convince and have taken a long time to make my final decisions but, with care and attention from Warren Stean and Mark Smith, I feel very confident that I have made the right choices.

It is early days to have a strong opinion about performance so I wait in anticipation of a very good result (by good, I mean at least in line with my expectations which are much lower than the potential gains that have been discussed).
