I ordered a helmet that was on line, paid for it and everything and then a day later I received an email saying sorry they haven't got it. They had the same helmet in other colours but they wouldn't on the same deal so I got my money back, which was okay But very disappointing when you ordered something that you really really have wanted for a long time at a great price And only to be told they don't have it.

Excellent experience, they did say maybe a few days to ship, but my helmet was despatched the next day, and they threw in a much appreciated diffuser FOC. Packaging was excellent and clearly marked fragile. Great price, well happy, no faults at all
