made a large order and i was told 3-5 day delivery. a week later i contact them and they said its coming form the supplier the supplier will contact you with a date. as if I'm supposed to just sit there and wait for their earliest convenience when im trying to run a site.
completely incompetent and the timeframes on their website re complete lies. i would advise using any other construction website as this website are clearly incapable

"Good range, but poor courier"

Quick and easy to order and a good range of products. Part of my order came direct from the manufacturer (fine) and the smaller package of pipe fittings by Fed Ex. Fed Ex failed to deliver next day and missed two promised 8.00 to 12.00 time slots on consecutive days. 4hrs is pretty generous! (DPD and Evri are typically 1hr). The end result just messes the customer around.
