"Excellent pre customer service"

I'm in the process of choosing my first MFT and had some questions. Dave at Di-Log answered them all and more on the online chat with sufficient detail to satisfy without baffling. Also gave me some local supplier hints that could come in really useful. If this is the standard of customer service received before even being a customer then I have high hopes for their products and any ongoing service requirements.

"Outstanding Service and great products."

I needed a new clamp meter and a Di-Log product was recommended to me by a friend for both quality and after sales. I’ve been impressed with the product performance and quality but I lost the thermocouple probe and needed to contact Di-Log customer service by email. I requested a part no. and cost but instead of this I had a return email from Kerry who offered me a replacement free of charge. The probe arrived a couple of days later...outstanding service. I am very impressed with this level of service from Di-Log and I will without hesitation recommend Di-Log products to others.

Used this service twice now and both times the customer service team have been great at answering my questions. On a previous chat I had talks with one of the engineers so that's useful to know that the people you are talking with know their onions! Good service

"New GS38 shrouds"

I spoke to Harrison at Di-log on a Monday morning to ask for some replacement GS38 rubber shrouds for my combi test leads. Harrison was able to send me a new pair of shrouds FOC, which I received by the Friday that same week. Excellent customer service!

"The Rolls Royce of testing equipment"

A couple of years back at the start of the pandemic I started up my own company and I needed an mft. As I already owned a dilog multimeter, clamp meter and voltage testers I researched their range of mft’s. I decided to purchase the higher spec model and I have to say it was the best decision I made. Having used fluke, megger and kewtech previously I can confidently say this machine is very user friendly and really easy to use. It has some wicked little features on it that make testing less painful and speeds up time. I had an issue with my first tester which was sent back to dilog and it was replaced with a brand new unit. Now, for me, that’s customer service at its very best. I’ve heard a few electricians slate these because they don’t cost a remortgage to purchase them! I’ve since bought another dl9118 which all works fantastically and I have recently ordered a dl9130 which I’m itching to get my hands on.

For me dilog are the Rolls Royce of test equipment and I can honestly say I’m not worried if something unexpected happens as I know it will be dealt with by a British professional company who appreciate their customers

"Fantastic aftersales 👏🏻👏🏻"

We have been unfortunate to have one of our MFT testers go faulty twice in 10 months, but the service from Di-Log has been fantastic, collected free of charge via UPS and repaired twice under the warranty without questions asked, we have 2 of these testers the other has been perfectly fine we just seem to be unlucky with the one in question but cant fault the aftersales and Kerry who I have been dealing with is extremely helpful and efficient. I remember once emailing Megger with a query about one of their testers and to this day still
Waiting for a response! It goes a long way when deciding on future test equipment purchases at how good after sales are and I can highly recommend Di-Log, thanks everyone

"Just get a di-log mft you won't be disappointed! Read my review."

I've got to admit I love my 9118 mft. Mates got a kewtech kt63 and in my honest opinion having owned mine for over a year, I think the di-log is the better and much more functional mft to own. So can't recommend the 9118 enough. Also di-log's customer service is something to be spoke for! They always answer immediately, answer your questions perfectly and I know for a fact these machines by di-log are well built pieces of tech. The sparky I work with uses an older di-log mft that's now 10+ years old and even when it did need repaired for the first time this year, his repair only cost the same as a calibration (£60) and obviously it came back calibrated for a further year anyway after the repair took place. Was back within 3 days also.
So 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 as far as I'm concerned. Plus they now have ev tester which I'm busting to get my hands on!
If you are thinking about trying a di-log mft out do it... Don't become one of these crazy people who think a decent mft has to be expensive, di-log has proven they make a reliable and fantastic mft at an incredible price that ticks all the boxes.
