In my mind the real test for any manufacturer is what they do when things go wrong. Recently my Dilog DL9118 developed a problem with its selector switch, I contacted Dilog late on Friday and spoke a very helpful lady named Kerry, who arranged for the collection on my multimeter. By 10:00 on Monday the meter was collected by Fedex, Then at 10:20 on Wednesday I received the unit back - all fixed up and as good as new. Impeccable service - Thank you Dilog.

As an electrician i am reliant on good quality products that work, if they go wrong I need them fixed quickly.
I have been using Dilog kit for a few years now and cant fault it. the aftersales is superb. You get to speak to a real person who wants to help. We had an issue where an overexcited trainee broke the bottom a DL9118 battery cover. Called up Monday 9.30 am and spoke to a really helpful lady. all sorted and delivered 10.30 Tuesday To my surprise they also sent me a Volt Stick! Cant speak for other manufacturers but the service from these guys is superb and the prices are more than reasonable. Thanks Dilog
