The battery was delivered rapidly to an address I gave in the UK.
They ensured that I was ordering the righ battery (I am using an ASUS laptop purchased in 2014). I sent a few pictures of the old battery.
I just received the battery from a relative who was travelling to Mauritius and I am satisfied with eh product and the instructions on how to charge / use the battery with care.
