What a refreshing customer service response. i purchased a laptop battery in July of 2023. Battery was fine but over the last 3-4 weeks the performance dropped off dramatically. Reported this by e-mail on JULY 12th today is the 15 JULY and battery empire informed me the replacement was on it's way. Absolutely 5 star service. Thank you Battery Empire customer service.

Agreed to pay by via Bank Transfer. company could not provide valid account name (gave me four different ones). My Bank provided company Account Name "GREENCELL.GLOBAL" which matched account details provided. Paid bill on "21/06/2024", "BILL PAYMENT VIA FASTER PAYMENT TO REFERENCE ORDER ID 602623" for Order Ticket #1386339. But to-date no Battery received and emails claim no payment made.

Ho comprato una batteria per la mia bici elettrica. La consegna è stata veloce e l'assistenza tecnica dopo l'acquisto precisa e professionale. Tuttavia la durata della batteria è stata estremamente deludente. Nonostante sul sito vantino una durata fino a 10 anni e 500 cicli di ricarica completa, la mia batteria è durata solo 3 anni e un centinaio di cicli di ricarica. Dopo 3 anni ha smesso di funzionare all'improvviso, piantandomi con la bici in mezzo a una strada. Contatto l'assistenza tecnica e mi dicono che è normale che si debba cambiarla dopo 3 anni. Visto il costo (quasi 300 euro) e l'utilizzo, direi che non vale davvero la pena. Meglio spendere qualcosa di più e comprare da un produttore di marca.

Super gut Batterie. Sehr schnelle und einfache Lieferung. Das Perfekte wäre gewesen, wenn die Batterie auch noch die gleiche Form der Originalen gehabt hätte. Ich gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil alles super gelaufen ist und das Produkt super funktioniert

She was patient and professional. Once my order was processed on the Monday, it arrived on Wednesday, via DHL delivery. Very pleased with the products.
