Excellent customer service, before &and after sale,wide spectrum of products, good quality, quick and secure delivery, reasonable price,i would definitely choose again in the future.

The new battery arrived in very good packaging, but over the last few weeks I have only been able to get 2 hours of use out of the new laptop battery per full charge. Perhaps it takes time for the battery to retain a good charge.
At least Battery Empire seems to be a reliable company. The service was very good.

Battery was delivered on time.however the delivery service decided to leave it at a drop off point a good 30mins from my house and when I went to pick it up the guy at the shop said it wasn't there so had to argue with him, turns out it was there, DHL should have just left it in a safe place. But the battery itself was fine. And despite DHL best efforts it was delivered a day early.

Very easily found the type of battery I needed. There was a list of suitable computer types underneath it. Paying for it was easy. It was dispatched quickly, arrived quickly, and even had 80%-ish charge in it. The battery is working extremely well so far.
