Sent a dusty, scratched up unit with missing parts. Looks like its been apart at least once with oxidisation on all screws. Box had several tears and the unit smells like back to black car polish.

I have three year old units that look better than this and those units have performed well and are pretty cheap. They use high enough idle amps to get warm and keep running the loud fans every ten minutes with nothing plugged in though.

They asked for me to take it somewhere to send it back but they are out of stock and havnt mentioned that i probably wont get a replacement. Im looking after a relative so cant leave the house right now.

The price just went down twenty percent so i asked if they could at least price match it to help cover the £30 of parts i had to buy (i didnt realise it was supposed to come with leads).

They offered ten percent. You can get ten percent just by registering your email.

So ive paid 30 percent more for something thats now 20 percent cheaper and looks like a bootfair item.

Id have given one star but they get a bonus one as the other unit has been ok, albeit noisier than any other inverter ive used.

Would highly recommend Battery Empire absolutely brilliant gave them a phone call and they were very helpful and very friendly, the only problem was with dhl i live in a building where you have to be buzzed in and there is a receptionist as well, dhl said they couldn’t get access which was untrue they never rung my flat number and the receptionist said no one as being trying to get in so they delivered it to me the next day, but my experience with Battery Empire was perfect just dhl that doesn’t reflect my experience with Battery Empire thank you
