New Battery for my old laptop delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, I was also updating the HDD to SSD at the same time and that failed with the result that the machine was dead. Returned the unused battery which was refunded promptly. Customer service were very helpful. Will order again for my other laptop. Thanks

Batteria per Samsung Navbot, installata e che non ha mai funzionato. Chiedo il rimborso e rispondono che la garanzia è un anno e non 2...quindi niente sostituzione niente rimborso.
Non conviene comprare alto rischio di bidone!
Poi ti rispondono con tempi dell'ordine di oltre 20gg.
Sotto minaccia di recensione negativa hanno rimborsato.. Grazie
