JMAC was at the top of a google search for a critical fire alarm part that our customer needed. The CSR answered the phone promptly and redirected me when the part I needed had been discontinued. I placed my order over the phone and the service was prompt, timely, knowledgeable and professional. We are completing a credit app with this vendor for future business.

I ordered some parts for an important client and they were discontinued. The crew from JMAC reached out very fast and found a suitable replacement without a big increase in price. Update 12/03/24. My original order was placed 11/07/24 with 7-11 business days on shipping. Today 12/03/24 I had not heard back from Jmac or received a tracking notice so I emailed them about it. The customer service rep was polite and replied fast. However I received a tracking number today 12/03 saying that the shipping label was being created and not in the system yet. I understand it is a busy time of the year and things can happen. My client has been on me about getting the work done and It is making my company look unfavorably with them. In the mean time Jmac was just sitting on a paid for order and it took me reaching out for them to ship it finally. I can’t in good faith recommend them.
