"Rude and arrogant "

Seem helpful until you ask questions about what they’re going to do with your data. I felt uncomfortable handing over all of my details including NI number over the phone and when I questioned what they would be doing with that info, the only answer that could be provided was ‘we just need it for your record’. The attitude toward me quickly shifted and I was faced with rude arrogance.
