I have used instant consult 3 times and each time I have not received the email with the prescription. I have received other emails and messages in the inbox, but each time the pharmacist has had to use my name and details to find the script via a portal. this issue needs to be fixed.

Doctor had no knowledge for diabetes and is insolence showed. Clearly needs to go back to education and learn how to actually be a doctor. He gor his certificate from a Kellogg box. Customer service had no care either. Don’t use this service.
