I needed urgent antibiotics to fight a tooth infection and was able to connect with a doctor at 6:45am on a Sunday morning. I was having a doctors consultation 10 mins after placing the call (still in my pjs) and had the antibiotics prescription in my inbox straight after the call. The doctor was wonderful. I dread to think how the infection would have spread had I not gotten this incredible service as all dentists in my area were closed until the Monday. Thank you for this critical service, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Its great because its simple fast and you get to speak with a Doctor without having to wait weeks. Our Local Clinics in. Lakes Entrance are always so so busy your waiting weeks to get an appointment. Ive used these guys a few times now over 12 months . Always positive experience

"Service and a smile!"

I've always found the Doctors very good and happy to help me. I usually use the service for prescription refills and medical certificates and the Doctors are only too happy to help. It's a great service and beats sitting in 3 or 4 hour queues at a surgery. The most I've ever waited was 10 minutes. Keep up the good work guys!

Positives: quick access to a doctor (within 5-10 minutes), quick and convenient access to prescriptions

Negatives: the quality of consultations is highly variable, no continuity with a specific doctor (doctors are randomly allocated each time), and customer service is unwilling to consider offering refunds for consultations of low quality (no guarantee of good quality is made)

Overall: a useful tool if one needs a quick prescription or quick help, but consultations may be of variable quality and customer service was not very helpful or understanding when I was facing issues with a consultation
