My experience was outstanding due in no small part to the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a question about my order status and corresponding tracking number. I was promptly provided with an update and a very kind response. If you're looking for great products backed by personalized customer support, look no further.

"We were not ever able to actually talk…"

We were not ever able to actually talk to someone even though they give you a phone number. We sent measurements in twice and asked for their opinion and we ordered the size they recommended for our daughter, who is 7 but tall and skinny. We put the pants on her and they were 2 to 3 inches too short and we go on our trip in two days. Pajama bottoms are very thin and seem like the sizes run a little small.

I want to say I love the Nightmare Christmas pajamas! My granddaughter and daughter and son-in-law will love them too. They are adorable and the names on the jammies make them even that more special! Excellent customer service too. I needed to change a size and they took care of me immediately!

The quality of these are super cheap! Made in China with an iron on plastic picture which will end up peeling off after washing them one time since they smelled really bad out of the package. The quality of sewing isn't good, there are threads bunched up in the seems and they have holes in some spots. Do yourself a favor and find some other pajamas. Never got a response from Jenny's family pajamas until I got this survey, so I hope this helps someone. The only reason I gave 1 stars is that I can wrap the pajamas for Christmas and wear the pajamas, they just aren't good quality at all.

Updated: after emailing pictures to the company twice now, there is still no response, other than the one here.
