Customer service is impeccable! I was worried about placing an order because I was sure that it wouldn't arrive on time for the date that we needed the pajamas. After conversing with customer service, they assured me that the particular style that I wanted could be delivered based on specific background colors that were available. As recommended, we selected the color & style and our pajamas arrived on time. We are very pleased with how well and the attention to details that were provided by customer service. Additionally, the pajamas looked great and they are super comfortable. I would definitely recommend to friends & family, and look forward to placing another order again!

Customer service was so helpful. They let me choose to keep my order or cancel. They couldn't guarantee my order before Christmas but informed me there was a possibility my order would arrive before Christmas. I took the gamble and it paid off. My family Christmas pajamas arrived with two days to spare!
