"Useless staff within all departments "

Tried setting life insurance with HSBC via Cavendish. Certain things were not clear in quote so called their team and they were not willing to serve. Forced me to reach myself with HSBC life or research myself on their website. Avoid buying from this company. I have purchased three life plans during last 15 years and now their team and company has gone worse. Their staff don’t want to answer your query at all although you are buying from their website. It’s part of Lloyds but service is worse than Lloyds
