Then offering help with deciding which is the best for me both financially affordable and suitability for my needs by offering several different prices and length of policy. Polite and friendly and above all patience when I was deciding what I wanted without pushing me for a sale. Answered all my questions. No rushing, the call took about an hour but felt like 20 minutes. Then once I was finished it was explained that I could still either change or cancel if I wanted. No pressure, no pushing. No deciding until underwriters come back with confirmed prices which was about a week. I felt good and relieved that there would be no problems for my children when I come to my end of life. Plus information on putting the policy into a trust to make things easier for them. A promise of a review in 12 months time to ensure everything is as I want. All in all time and effort well spent.
