Je suis vraiment déçu de votre service j'ai passé commande le 26/10 et depuis j'ai pas la commande et pardu chez chronopost et quand j'ai contacté sotra pour appeler service client de chronopost juste pour confirmer que j'ai acheté chez eux après plus de 15 jours et mon envoyer un email pour me dire et son contacté chronopost mais chronopost et Peuvent rien à faire et c'était pas vrai j'ai recontacté chronopost et me dit On attend toujours la confirmation de votre expéditeur et J'ai envoyé des e-mail mais j'ai aucun retour franchement je suis très très déçu de service client et 0 et à un aucun numéro de téléphone de contact et répondent pas aux email WhatsApp je vous conseille de vous pas passé commande
