"Worst experiance Customer service and Delivery…"

They have advertised that delivery costs are covered once customer spends €90. After spending €135 items have been held at customs as costs have not be covered. Upon contacting sotra they have refused to pay to costs said its not there responsibility and have left me running around to find the correct contact at transglobal to request them to return the items. Waste of time, didn't honor the trust, didn't help resolve the problem l, items have been held for 4 days and for days I have been trying to get hold of someone at sotra to be told to request a return if I'm not going to pay for the delivery costs outstanding at customs!!!!!??? Is this acceptable?

Assalaam alaykoum,

Laat me beginnen met zeggen dat ik altijd trots ben als zusters ondernemend zijn. En ik gun het hen van harte. Moge Allaah hun rizq vermeerden.

Maar wat is het toch jammer dat het dan zo moet gaan. Ik heb besteld op 17 april, inmiddels is het 3 mei en heb nog niks binnen. Na een paar dagen had ik een mail gestuurd om te vragen hoe en wat, reactie was dat er momenteel vertraging is en dat ze hun best doen alles te verzenden. Dit mailtje kreeg ik binnen op 21 april. Het is voor mij geen kleine vertraging meer.. het is inmiddels langer als 2 weken. Als ik kijk op de website van dhl staat er dat zij nog niets hebben ontvangen...

Als je de druk niet aan kan, als je de producten niet in huis hebt of wat de reden ook moge zijn. Hou je klanten dan niet aan het lijntje maar wees straight. Ondernemen is een verantwoordelijkheid, en islamitisch ondernemen is een nog grotere verantwoordelijkheid.

Dit was mijn eerste bestelling ooit bij sotra, je wil toch niet dat je klanten zo een eerste ervaring hebben met je onderneming.

Dus mijn tips;

Kan je de druk niet aan, neem dan 2 stappen terug zodat je later weer 3 stappen vooruit kan doen. En daarnaast zorg ervoor dat de communicatie prpfessioneler word.
