"Poor wood quality"

Customer service good but wood quality not. Disappointed in the pieces received as we wanted to create a set of signs and they were a mix of colour tones and grain direction. This happened on more than one order so unfortunately we won't be able to rely on using them again. They replaced some of the pieces but we lost some work because of the delay.
