Friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't fit my high van in the carpark, so they told me to go round the back on the service road. I was met at the rear door by a friendly member of staff. She walked me through the store area to pay for my item, then took me back to the loading dock, where another member of staff helped me load my large item into my van. The whole process was faultless
