"Won't order again!!! "

Next day delivery took days to arrive, wrong item delivered. Correct item delivered then delivery person took everything out and gave back empty box wrong item was in and took away the box correct item should be in!!!!

"Damaged/used goods"

Placed an order for a Bosch gas hob, delivery was prompt but as soon as I saw the packaging I knew what was coming. A flimsy box containing a gas hob, It was both box and hob that were damaged. Straight on the phone to them, told to take pictures and send an email, promised it would be sorted by end of the day. 2 more phone calls and 2 more promises that it would be sorted within 24 hours, but nothing.
This was not an original box, I'm not convinced that this company are not dealing in used, returned or refurbished goods. I await contact from these cowboys, a refund would be good then I can go to a reputable company, why would I want 25% discount that they offered to keep and fit something that is basically scrap

Ash, please can you get the item checked and packaged properly before it’s sent. Also confirm that your delivery company understands the fragile and this way up signs on the box.

Products on sale are listed with very good descriptions and it is easy to order. Both confirmation and date of delivery were quickly confirmed, even over the Christmas period. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and carried the 2 appliances in to the rooms where I wanted them.
