My husband and I recently visited Cairns for the first time, hoping to explore a different part of Australia and visit the islands of the Great Barrier Reef. We stopped by the Travello agency to get some advice, and we’re so glad we did! Jordan gave us the most amazing customer service — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and recommended a perfect 5-day itinerary that let us experience a variety of beautiful places. "They are the worst travel agency I have…"

They are the worst travel agency I have ever come across. They still owe us over 3k from activities that got cancelled due to the weather after a month and a half. I just spoke directly to the agency that managed the activities and said they never charged travello for those activities, although Alba (who hasn’t responded in 2 weeks) said the other agency had the money, so she couldn’t do anything about it. As ridiculous as it may sound Alba said she didn’t have any contact with the refunds department of her own agency! Do yourself a favor and don’t book anything with them. Looking for legal measures now, would rather spend the money on a lawyer than give them the satisfaction of keeping it.
