The treatment I received from ordering on such an easy to use website to the delivery of my order was excellent. The tables I received are great, just the thing for all the family to get round this Christmas for lunch. Many, many thanks Ningbo.
If you haven't come across the name Ningbo before probably like me you were sceptical but all I can say is don't be!!
Give them a try and hopefully like me you won't be disappointed.

Delivered in 2 working days exactly as advertised. Would suggest as a matter of customer service courtesy there is an advice email or text message advising date and time of delivery

I chased up my order placed on the 25th November and not received. Although helpful on the phone they took a long time to find my order and no apology for the inconvenience (even though I have paid £37 for delivery). Fingers crossed it arrives when they said as they would not confirm this in an email.

Invoiced for goods not in stock. Sent two emails asking for confirmation that refund would be arranged. No reply. Phoned twice was told someone would ring me back, nobody did. Third call did get confirmation of refund but attitude was cool. Not my idea of customer service.

Ordered two weeks ago, there has been no word since about our order, yet we have had two customer satisfaction surveys to fill in. Come on, shouldn't we expect to at least receive the goods before asking for a review?

"Shameful Service"
No customer service, ordered my product for delivery today as I need it for the weekend. I have been waiting in my home all day today to accept delivery as they said they deliver during working hours. It is now 6pm I am calling them and they do not answer the phone. I have been calling them since 4pm today, I have friends coming over tomorrow and I have no tables. I paid extra for next day delivery and they have let me down. I am very upset.

ordered on 14 November, not yet received my order nothing on the web site indicated that this was not in stock and got the impression I would get it next day given the cost of delivery. still waiting for my order. the website states waiting for fulfilment.
