Well when I ordered there was a bit problem from the website that I paid but there was no confirmation. However, the costumer service team really did their job. My white Xellence have nice packaging, the bass is amazing, the noise cancelling is so good when I wore it going to an event and it's really stand out from the crowd with the LED X :) Nice purchase!

No refund.
No replacement goods.
Rude customer service.
I would suggest you buy a bra elsewhere.
