I would just like to say how fantastic the support we got on the phone there to fix a stairlift, Ricky answered the phone and stayed on for 45 minutes and even went on FaceTime to fix the stairlift it was the best customer service I have ever witnessed and everyone with a problem should ring this company, Ricky was absolutely fantastic and have never seen so much support and help. I would give 10 stars if I could

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install a stairlift. Ricky and Niamh are always at the end of the phone, are highly professional and gave us a terrific quote. Mostly, the speed with which they can install a stairlift is amazing - and very important when you're trying to organise support for a family member. Ricky was really helpful and stayed on late to demonstrate the stairlift and make sure we knew all the features. Fantastic service. We're delighted and know we can contact Niamh if we need any further support. Huge thanks Ricky & Niamh.
