I ordered a whole set of gudgeons.THE Picture and description clearly portrays a set.IT SAYS'S NOTHING ABOUT HAVING TO PURCHASE THEM ONE PEICE AT A TIME. THE PICTURE CLEARLY DRPICTS THE WHOLE SET ANDBITBSAYS " THIS SET"
IT DOES NOT SAY THIS IS A INVIDUAL PEICE. IT SAYS A SET.they sent ONE GUDGEON. I PAID FOR 2.when a door needs hinges u don't buy or sell ONE FREAKING HINGE I MEAN HELL U NEED THEM TO MATCH UP !!!.they described a SET. I even emailed them ahead of time....because it's an emergency have to have them asap.and they KNEW THIS .THERE SITE DESCRIBED :
A FULL SET COMPLETE WITH PINTILS SCREWS AND GUDGEONS.THEY PURPOSELY ONLY SENT ME ONE OF 3 PEICES & CHARGED ME DAMN NEAR 80 DOLLARS.IM MAD AS HELL.THEY BLEW ME OFF.IVE REPORTED THEM TO BBB, &THE SAILING COMMISSION
IF THEY WERE HONEST THEY WOULD HAVE THE WEBSITE SAY AND DEPICT THE INDIVIDUAL PEICES AND SEPERATE PRICE FOR EACH.
IT ABSOLUTELY.DOES.NOT.
THE PROOF THEY HAVE IT SET UP PURPOSELY IS THE COMMENT BELOW.
YES ITS MISLEADING AND YES THEY ARE DISMISSIVE.DONT TRUST A BUSINESS THAT OBVIOUSLY IS
