All was pretty good, somehow a payment was missed being processed while waiting for a shipping quote so had to re-do that but other than that all was good.

Rope looks like it will be great for what they want to use it for.

Honestly, I should be disappointed
The material I wanted was on back-order for a few weeks.
I wanted one size in black, the other in gray…
Finally suggested they swap the colors and 1/2 the order came in blue- which i absolutely did not want.
However, these people were polite through the whole process, gave me a credit and finally got me what I wanted- a lot of work for an order of less than $100-.
I’ll use them again.
