The garments were not stitched well. On the one garment the stitching was very bad. It actually came apart. I had to take the garments to my local tailor to have it fixed. I will never purchase from Ninecolours again. Very disappointed customer.

I have ordered three items and got only two, as they told one is out of stock and i didn't get my cash back..they wont give cash back and put it in our wallet and we can not use that money as whole, but only 10% from that amount for our next purchase..that means to spend 30 pound in the wallet we need to purchase fro 3000 pounds at least..which is insane....
and they didnt mention the extra shipping charge that DHL pay from us outside UK. So to buy a 30 pound kurtha, i gave them 7.50 for shipping charge..and 17 pound for DHL too..so total 30+7.50+17=54.50 pounds
thats insane
