The dress was not as it was shown in the image , also while returning you need to bear courier charges and after that also the money isn't refunded to your account instead points are accumulated as store credit.And these points are not to be used during any festive offer. Simply making fool out of ppl. It's better to buy from some other portal and they made easy refunds and returns.

Some products are great however, the quality of some products are on the cheap end. Recent saree I ordered had the hem on the border come loose. Stitching can be improved.

I love everything, the dress, the delivery was quite quick once it was stiched and dispatched, but the stiching was terrible, I definately wouldnt have paid some 25 bucks for that kind of unprofessional finnishing. Blouse was not locked and threads were everywhere and the lehenga was joined in quite mismatched way that i decided to turn that part behind. I will definitely buy piece from Nine Colours but never stiched. Me and my Singer will definitely do better job than what i received.
