Totally dissapointed. Ordered a gorgeous looking saree. Just received it. The fabric is of poor quality and the stitching is pathetic to say the least. It is a saree that cannot be worn because it looks so ugly. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing from this store.

My order was delivered almost 2 weeks later then estimated and they made a mistake with the measurements on the choli/blouse (lenghas were both fine) Also there were strings on the blouse on the back - that they didnt put on.
So basically the outfit cant be used as the blouse cannot hold itself up without the strings and it is not in the correct measurements as given.

They have been delaying the returns process by continuing to ask for pictures, eventhough I have provided several pictures. They now tell me they don't refund custom stitched products - they continue to tell me - we will revert to you within 48 hours if you have emailed us....

I would strongly advise against ordering with ninecolours due to the very poor customersupport/service that wont help you if they are late with delivery or deliver something that is not made properly...
