I like salwar suit as my father gifted me at our birthday , customer service was very good, on time delivery on our date day, product quality is good. I wish to order more...its a best destination for ethnic wear.

I ordered 12 items on 18 of February and before placing the order I asked them by when it could be delivered. They told me that I will get my items delivered by 1st of march as I told them that I need the item for a wedding function which is going to take place on 14 of march. I received the items on 20th of march instead of 1st of march and they didn't send all the items and when I requested the for a refund they refused to do it. Till to date I am still waiting for the refund but there is no sign that I might get a refund. I request people to be very careful while buying from this thief's.

I ordered 3 items. They said the products would be here by March 18, 2017. It has been more then a month and I still have not received my items. I tried contacting them in every way possible but they did not contact me back. The feedback is terrible. I had to talk to my credit card company service to get my money back. This is wrong. They scammed me taking my money. They did email me once saying my order was shipped. This was a complete lie. They also gave me a tracking number to track my items. When i clicked on the link, this blank page came saying "Error". I later tried going back to the website but it was gone. I dont know what happened but please do not buy anything from them. "Do not purchase anything from here"

I ordered what looked like a beautiful light orange lehenga with a beautiful green and golden threaded o embroidery but what i received looked nothing like that.They gave me a horrible deep orange lehenga with a light orange embroidery.They ask me to ship the parcel back to them via courier and all the changes for shipping back would be borne by me,and they say that they will refund my money into the wallet and i can order another dress using the walllet whose price would be equivalent to the one i have ordered one.They also say that the shipping charges are not included in the refund.
It is not advisable to purcahse anything from this website.They have a feature called 'live support ask us anything',but no one answers your queries.Even the customer care service is horrible with rude people.They either don't answer your call or don't reply properly.They're return process is so complicated and expensive that i have decided to retain the same product as they are asking me bear the shipping charges twice when there is absolutely no mistake from my side.Please refrain from making any purchase from this website.
My first purcahse here would be the last.

don't buy anything from this company ..they are lairs an cheaters ,,they will never answer your call....what ever pic they put on there website they...items are nothing like that....don't waste your money on company's like this ...

the customer service staff is very co-operative. everytime i call them with hundred of questions and queries and the always answers. it so patiently and calmly. whenever i order something from them and i request them for sending my order on urgent basis or anything regarding stitching and fittings they are always ready to answer them. thank you for your cooperation.

I do not recommend this site to those who frequently do online shopping because they used to display the clothes which generally celebrities used to wear and thus people easily get trapped by them. I bought 2 suit and 1 saree it's material is really horrible. I am very disappointed with it. The material and colour displayed was not at all same with the product I had received. . But do not get trap with the display of clothes becoz the money you are going to spend on it is not worth. Upon the complaint, they told me to send the items back and I will have to pay for the return courier. This went beyond joke. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY ITEMS FROM NINE COLOURS, ITS A FRAUD COMPANY.
Horrible cheaters.!!! Don't buy from them. I have report my fraud to Australian Fair Trading and Police to take action on the fraud company.

I was of course drawn to their website because of their deals and prices, for what looked like cute items. I ordered 2 sarees and what I got was terrible. I payed $200 with shipping and when I got the items, I was disgusted. First of all they send me wrong sizes and bad material, so cheap, really bad quality. The Necklace set i bought arrived broken. Their customer service is horrible. I cant believe I was so stupid as to allow myself to be robbed by these scammers.

I read some of the reviews, those who were happy to receive such bad quality are either mad or have no taste, I can believe that they could receive 5 stars...the facts are those posts are fake, just like the website....

If you want to through you money away, then yes buy from Nine Colors

0 star from my side. There is nothing I can say good about them. Poor customers service. The products were delayed by 20 days. I chatted to them about it 3 times and they kept saying it will be dispatched in 24-48 working hours but it didn't i.e. they blatantly lie to your face. Then I asked for a refund as one of the products was unavailable (even though it said the item is ready to ship when I checked again in the website - It is showing available but they didnt send it. And they emailed saying my refund will be processed but I still dont have the refund. I called them a couple of days later 4 times to inquire about my refund and they rudely hung up on me when I was saying something ON ALL OF THE CALLS. I emailed them first but no reply on email which is why I called.
So current situation is that I don't have refund on one of the products. because one of the products is unavailable I dont have the cashback either.Total waste of money, time and effort.
