"Good service aftercare"

Prompt way in which a small problem with the battery not being compatible with existing hi-bread control panel. Which was quickly rectified within a week. The engineer made me aware of this and it was sorted other the phone, and rebooked for the following week to be sorted with new control panel and replacement battery.

Installation went very smoothly, a few issues on the day that Senergy got around with no hassle. The customer service from the office after to get me onto the apps was very good and they have been on hand to answer any queries, would definitely recommend.

"Original Storage Battery design not being fit for purpose."

Original Storage Battery Fit and Installation finished product was definitely not fit for purpose. To be fair to Senergy, the very slow admission to there being a design problem was caused by the very poor communication link between the UK (Senergy) and the GROWatt Chinese based manufacturer. Senergy, to their credit, eventually grabbed the nettle by devising their own remedial solution and implemented their own idea for resolving the original not fit for purpose design. The original problem was a manufacturer's design shortcoming and Senergy initially doing a not fit for purpose "bodged" installation fit. Subsequent Installation fitters are more competent and professional.
