I have tried to use this Air Physio but however many times I try I can't get the little ball to lift. I hear it rattling, but that is as far as I can go.

I wanted to reply to your first reminder but have waited to see if I could have more success. I tried it once again, just before this review, and obtained the same result. I regretfully have to consign this item to the rubbish bin.

Doesn't really help with shifting phlegm, but surprisingly when blowing out I find myself able to exhale far more than without the AirPhysio.

This must be beneficial since I presume I am opening up airways that were previously closed, resulting in better lung efficiency.

So it's a plus from me.
