I found it useful to help break up the congestion, happy with results so far

I tried using the device twice a day by following the instructions well for 10 minutes but it didn't do anything for me. I am very disappointed.

Hola, es un aparato de lo más normal, creo que os inspirasteis en las espirometrias, pero cualquier persona respirando tres veces y soplando consigue los mismos resultados sin aparatos, vamos en mi opinión tiré el dinero, no creo que mi reseña llegue perderías dinero.

Bought 3, one for myself and my father and a spare. I have found improvement with every use and my dad is breathing better also. Both have COPD. I have not had to use ventolin as much, so it’s great . Also very fast delivery. Definitely recommend these .

I received three air physios on the buy two get one free offer. They arrived in a timely manner. One for my 93 year old mother, one for my 32 year old son who has asthma, and one for me. I’m 63 and I seem to have long covid symptoms. I’m hopeful that it will help with that over time. But what I have noticed is an immediate and significant improvement in my ability to sing. If you hum into the air physio it moves the ball even better and is a very effective vocal warm up tool, and I’ve added a full tone to my upper register. So far I’m very pleased with my air physio.

I was trying to recover from Covid and felt like I couldn’t breath with ease. I had a heavy chest and wasn’t breathing deeply. I was desperate and saw an add for Air Physio. I thought heck why not try. I’m glad I did. It instantly helped in opening up my lungs. I use it everyday now to help exercise my lungs and get the phlegm out. Highly recommend.
