To be honest I haven't really had chance to use the airphysio much, i have had a very busy summer, but as soon as things calm down I will get into a jsnit of using it daily and I'm sure it's going to be very good.

I feel that the Air Physio was a worthwhile product to purchase. I was using an Aerobika prior to getting my Air Physio and even at the hardest setting it didn't feel like it challenged my lungs or pushed my lungs to work any better. With the air physio I actually do feel like I get a much stronger workout on my lungs and I actually think it's strengthening my abdominal core also. I would recommend this product for purchase if you have difficulty breathing.
