My doctor has previously given me an appliance I believe was called a "flutter". It worked on the same premise, however the AirPhysio started the coughing
and mucus produced within the first or second breath. The coughing produced was deeper and relieved more mucus than you can do normally.
Best product I've found for my condition (COPD).

This device is awesome I was on 2 diffrent inhalers, none of which seemed to let the lungs expel what was blocking them. When I started using the AirPhysio I immediately felt relief from the build up of mucus in my lungs. I no longer use inhalers instead I reach for my AirPhysio to expel and clear my lungs and breath normal again.
