"Poor customer service"

I first tried this product for about 10 days and discovered it was not helping me at all. I contacted customer service to send it back for a refund. Trish G. responded that I needed to try it for the full 30 days before deciding that it did not work. So I continued to try it, but continued to get no results, so I emailed her back to say that it still didn't work and I wanted a refund and I have never heard from her since!
