Just had an item of furniture delivered by Jon & Jason.D who were both professional and friendly throughout. Pointed out two marks to the furniture while they were unpacking it which rather than leaving them for me to find was very good of them. They informed customer service immediately. Both of them are an excellent front for Barker and Stonehouse.

B & S Hove - We had great customer service - we kept changing our minds (so were not the perfect cusomers) but Katie was really helpful and patient. When the sofas arrived Matt and Terry were really nice guys. Sofas were put in place and all packaging thoughtfully taken away. Sofas look amazing! Cannot fault anything. Highly recommend them.

Despite the communication issue from their HQ they didn’t hesitate to rectify the situation when they arrived with my delivery and built my garden furniture. They couldn’t have been more helpful and were very good at what they did. They cleared up after themselves and took all the excess packaging away with them. Well done guys and you are a true credit to Barker and Stonehouse. I would recommend you to anyone.
