Email was answered in a timely manner. I had no problem with getting the food. So far my 13 yo chihuahua is loving the metal diet. We mix it with her homemade chicken and veggies and add supplements. So far she is eating well! Before the metal diet food arrived she had gone 3 days eating almost nothing. So far she has cleaned her bowl this week!

I had a problem with the food and my dog was ill from it. I phoned CHI for help and it took days before the vet tech called me . He was very kind and took his time talking with me. What he suggested didn't help but I never called CHI again.
