Wrong food was sent and when it was received it was not frozen all thawed out and cool. I threw it away. My dog will not eat food that I don't know if it is any good or not. Especially the wrong food. I did receive a refund for the food.

I also talked with Chi Dog's veterinarian for their recommendation and I'm happy to say after two weeks. I'm seeing positive changes in him a shiny your coat, more energy and overall more mischievousness. 😀 I highly recommend.

My senior dog was starting to get tired of his food and has worsening heart and kidney disease. We just started using Water and Fire and he absolutely loves it. And I feel great about feeding him real food where you can identify all the ingredients. I dont know if his conditions will improve but at least I know he is eating well.

Fantastic customer service and dog food!!!! I messed up my order and got two orders. I received more than twice what I expected!
I knew I needed to call to straighten out future orders. To my surprise, Sara called and said they had noticed the two shipments and wanted to make sure I wanted everything I received since it seemed like a lot and I had another shipment coming up. Wow! We got it all squared away and on the right intervals! Again, what great service! Forgot to add, I bought this originally for my Yorkie with borderline pancreatitis. She is doing so well. No more spitting up bile and eating grass. I switched all my dogs to Chi! The consult with Dr. Susan was an amazing add to my experience. The dogs had NO transition issues! I have tried Nom Nom, Farmer's Dog, Pet plate and who knows what else. I'm a Chi fan now!!!
