Chi Dog changed the way I will forever feed my dog. We have a 1 year old puppy with pancreatitis and I didn’t want her on the Hills ID diet and looked for alternatives. I wrote to Chi Food to ask their advice and heard back immediately with their recommendation of the Fire Diet. While her conditions continue to be resolved, at least I know the chi food she is getting is real food that is working for her. Their communication as a company is so prompt and helpful.

Product did not agree with my dogs and although no mention of a no return policy is posted , would not consider a refund, so I am out over a hundred dollars.

My pup is 17 years old, and he gets super excited for his mealtime. Wrote the doc to inquire about possible food allergies and received a timely and thorough response. The info provided was helpful. Great customer service.

My little Baxter just can't wait for me to feed him. He really likes his new food from Chi. It is convenient to know how much to give him each meal.

Maddie loves the fire diet. She has only been on the diet for about a week, and I can already see a difference. She has more energy and is more alert. I really like the fact that I can schedule a call to Dr. Bohrer if you have any issues. It has to be the only dog food company that offers that.
The only negative is Maddie has a long beard and the food sticks to it.

I ordered the sample pack. Unfortunately my dog would not eat any of it. He smelled each one I offered him and turned away. Would not even try it.
