We felt that too many of the logs supplied were too large and thus difficult to get alight. The company listened to us and assured us that it will do its best to ensure that we get less of the really larger size logs.

Failed to deliver twice. First time waited in all day. Second attempt I would have waited all day but I telephoned to find it wasn’t going to be delivered no reason given. Hopefully will receive logs next week.

Logs were supposed to be delivered on 11th Oct which they weren’t. Spoke to the company and they said they would deliver 18th Oct. So far no logs and no further update.

"I’m still waiting for my pallet of…"
I’m still waiting for my pallet of pellets , ordered on 28/9, for years your service has been excellent but it has changed this time, seems like chaos whoever is now in charge of phone lines , rang turs 15/10 they assured me it would be delivered thurs 17/10 . On thurs still no email conf from Whitehorse or palletforce, phoned again on thurs they said would be delivered maybe fri or mon 21/10, however it’s now fri and stil no emails from Whitehorse or palletforce so doubt it will arrive Monday either , utterly hopeless and very disappointing. Please let me know what has changed .

My delivery didn’t arrive on the day it was supposed to and I was going in to hospital the day after. However they went out of their way to make sure my pallet was first delivery the next day and allowed us to get it stored before my admission to hospital. Great customer service, hope the wood burns as well!!

"Incomplete delayed order "
Two pallets of 975kg pellets ordered 4th Oct. Significant delays in order. Chased numerous times. Were advised of three different delivery dates. Ultimately one pallet received 12 days after order and over a week late from the original (delayed) date. Still awaiting the final pallet. Now, 14 days later, order still incomplete and no contact to advise when we will receive the balance.
