The website worked well and my order was easy to make. I’ve bought from them before. They are very reliable and the quality of the wood is excellent.

This would have been 5 stars except that I tried to change the delivery day and receptionist on the phone was a bit offhand about whether they could and whether they had. They hadn’t and it arrived on the original day.

However the product is good and I will use them again and it’s a marginal issue

The quality of the wood is good and it burns well (ash) however the delivery was unbelievably bad. I took two days off work waiting for delivery that never turned up and had to phone multiple times trying to get an answer of when it was going to be delivered.

Very well stacked grate with very limited air gaps. Easy to empty and restack in my log store. Well wrapped in strong plastic film to stop the ingress of rain water, delivered a day early which provided me with the opportunity to move all the logs in good weather. Good quality logs which I need as I have a built in cassette.

I still have not received the pellet despite paying an express delivery charge. They were due for delivery last Friday and it is now Thursday. I received no updates and still have no email to say they are out for delivery!

it was so easy from start to finish we paid then when it was delivered we asked for a call 20 minutes before delivery we got it and the pallet was delivered straight into the garage a fantastic service also the wood is dry and burns very hot.
