Delivery has usually been smooth and on the one occasion there was a problem, it was sorted out efficiently. It is good to see a company addressing the need to reduce unnecessary use of plastic whilst still providing a good product.

I have been buying tanki toilet rolls for a few years now because we have a septic tank and a caravan, they are brilliant and very economical.
