Nice case with a few issues. Top left corner doesn’t fit snugly in fact hardly at all. Also no hole for the mic at the top center. The magnet for closing is weak. Gave it 3 stars because otherwise it it works.

I'm very disappointed in my SENA case because it doesn't stay closed. I tried to return it and was told I couldn't. I would never recommend buying a SENA case.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Messaged them because i was unhappy with my product. CS rep said they don’t do returns or refunds. I said I was dissatisfied & they said that didn’t matter. I asked about customer service & said that I work with cell phones all day & would warn others about the terrible customer service & they said I could do that but didn’t think they deserve a bad review just because they don’t stand behind their products. So here’s my bad review.
Edit: months later, they reached out for more information regarding my bad review. Unfortunately, I already gave them the opportunity to make this right, which the rep said they weren’t concerned about.

I ordered the magnetic leather holster for my iPhone XS Max. Unfortunately, this case does not fit if it has an Otterbox case. The company would not allow a return, so save yourself the $50.

I ordered 2 spice racks back in July. Still have not received them and it is now December. Cannot get any response via email, which is the only contact info given. I can't even look up my order anymore. I would not order anything from this company/website.

i ordered those spice racks in july. they told me they were on there way. even sent tracking .. still nothing. emailed them several times,, nothing. they kept my 30 buks and never sent my product. even contacted the BBB t hey never heard from them either. so please put it out ther for all to stay away from this place.. there total scammers.
